Apple Declares Tyrell as Overall Winner of CSAT Award
Award Confirms Tyrell CCT as Best Performing Apple Authorized Service Provider in UK and Ireland
Tyrell CCT has been declared as the overall winner of the Best Performing Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) Award, covering the UK and Ireland, for the month of May. Tyrell CCT was awarded the AASP CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Trophy, acknowledging the company's excellent record of customer service and customer satisfaction for the repair services provided in our newly opened Apple Service Centre. To achieve this award Tyrell CCT scored 100% across a range of criteria covering quality of service, response and repair times, problem identification, issue resolution and technical ability; all of which were evidenced by direct customer feedback.
Apple recently launched a key initiative to drive up CSAT performances across all regions and with this in mind, they provide service providers with monthly updates relating to their performance based on the completed surveys and feedback received from customers. Customers are encouraged to complete a survey relating to their service experience with the AASP to help get a better understanding of client's needs and to improve the overall levels of service and support for Apple repairs.
