From our support centres in Dublin and London we currently support over 300 different video, audio and graphics systems across the broadcast, post production, corporate and education sectors. Our support customers expect flexibility from us and we respond by letting them decide the best way to access our expertise - by telephone, online or onsite, or a combination of all three. At Tyrell we provide full call ownership, proactive monitoring, call status updates, established escalation procedures and remote system diagnostics and management.
When a system isn’t working, you need immediate access to a fully trained engineer who can quickly troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Tyrell employs dedicated, experienced and highly trained Avid, Digidesign, and Apple Certified Engineers. Tyrell also offers comprehensive Avid, Digidesign and Apple support contracts that provide extended hardware warranties, software upgrades and technical alerts. In addition, we offer support contracts for legacy and out-of-warranty systems with hardware swap-outs to minimise system downtime, regular system health checks and technical audits. Tyrell holds a large inventory of spare parts to ensure a quick resolution in the event of hardware malfunction.
Tyrell has recently opened an Apple Authorized Service Center in our Dublin head office, providing our clients throughout Ireland with specialist diagnostic and hardware repair services for Apple products. Our in-house Apple experts are fully trained in all of Apple’s hardware products including laptops, desktops, peripherals and servers. Regardless of where you purchased your equipment, Tyrell can carry out both warranty and non-warranty repairs in our Dublin based workshop. Tyrell also provide our customers with tailored service contracts for your Apple equipment to meet your specific requirements.
